SBM high pressure grinding mill has three models for the clients: YGM8341, YGM9517, YGM4120, The max feeding size of YGM high pressure suspension mill is 30 mm, the final grain size is from 0.613mm to 0.033 mm, the grinding capacity can be up to 9.3 TPH.
It can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%.

YGM mill is used in cement industry for limestone, kaolin, gypsum etc.;

The Product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh. It is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the machine if necessary.

High pressure grinding mill main parts:

The whole system of high pressure suspension grinding mill consists of main frame, decelerator, classifier, piping device, blower, jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, electric switch box motor, etc.

High pressure mill working principle:

When entering grinding chamber, the raw materials are shoveled up by the shovels and grinded between the rollers and ring; the materials after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final products and come into the cyclone powder collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to the blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the environment.
